복잡한 현대사회에서 모든 법을 인지하는 것은 불가능하지만 “법률의 부지는 용서되지 않는다”는 법언처럼 법률지식은 필수적이다. 이 수업을 통하여 법에 대한 인식을 재고하고, 일반사회와 항상 연결되어 있는 영화중에서 법률과 관련된 영화를 감상하고, 그 영화에서 쟁점이 된 법적 문제를 공부하여 일상생활과 법의 관련성에 대하여 이해하고자 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
Although we cannot know all laws in the complex society, like legal maxim “Site of the law is not forgiven.” Law is a necessary one. In this course, we reconsider the concept about law and after watching movies which is related to legal issues, we study and discuss the legal issues in the movies.
